Eggplant Pizzas

 

Prep Time: 5 minutes

Cook Time: 25 minutes


Ingredients

-2 Eggplant
-2/3 tomatoes
-1 garlic clove
-fresh rosemary
-olive oil
-mozzarella cheese
-Salt and black pepper, to taste

 


Preparation

-Wash and cut the Eggplant into slices not too thin.
 
-Brush both sides of the eggplant slices with olive oil and sprinkle with salt, black pepper.
 -Roast the eggplant slices in a preheated oven until it just starts to turn tender, about 15-20 minutes.
 
-Cut the tomatoes into small pieces, chopped garlic, pour everything into a bowl, add oil and salt and mix well.
 
-Top eggplant with tomato mixture,mozzarella and rosemary.
and broil until the cheese has melted, about 3-5 minutes. Serve.

Chocolate, date & Sesame Balls



Total Time: 20 minutes

 


INGREDIENT:

1 Cup of dates
2 tsp peanut butter or nut butter
1 teaspoon unsweetened cocoa powder
1 Cup of raisins
1/2 tablespoon water
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 Cup of raw sesame seeds (for covering your balls)

 

Method :

1-Add all ingredients in a food processor and mix until everything is thoroughly combined.

2-Make small balls out of the mixture.

3-Then,Roll them in sesame seeds to cover and place on a plate. Let them chill in refrigerator for 10 minutes before serving.

Homemade Yogurt Face Mask


Hello everyone ...


Today i will talk about this amazing Face Mask (Yogurt, Rosewater Mask)

It's one of my favorite face masks : Nourishing,Moisturizing & Antibacterial. 


You will need…

2 Tbsp. Natural Yogurt
1 Tbsp. Rosewater


How to do it:

1. Place yogurt in a bowl & add rosewater.
2. Mix well with a spoon.

How to use:

Apply a thick layer to your face and leave on for 10 minutes. Next, rinse off with warm water. After rinsing, apply some rosewater to act as a toner.
